Now what would an Aurifil blog hop be without another video of our favorite Aurifil peeps?! It just had to be done...and since it's summer, in my house that means baseball....
....everyone knows I'm a HUGE Phillies Phan....
Hey, I made the vid, I get to pick the home team, right? We had to teach our Italian Aurifil Alex how to play ball, and he got right into the spirit of the game, don't you think?
Make sure you get up to bat today, hit a homer and slide over to
Pat Sloan's blog to see what we're voting on.
Looks like the fate of our little block was decided and NOW we're trying to figure out the placement of the blocks...kinda tricky.
And don't forget to visit THESE bloggers today as well:
Who's on first: Niki at Stitchen heaven http://blog.stitchinheaven.com/blog/
Who's on second: Michele at Quilting Gallery http://quiltinggallery.com/
Who's on third: Aurifil, of course!
Since the vote here on our blog is weighing heavily toward sharing 3 prizes to 3 lucky winners.....
(aren't quilter's fabulous, wanting to share the wealth???)
Today, tell us if you're a baseball fan and if so, what home team
YOU route, route, route for!
I promise not to throw you outta the game if
you're NOT a Phillies Phan.
:)

A baseball fan? Not really. I think I would like to go to a LIVE game, in person, though.
ReplyDeleteFun video! Nats fan here--although we don't always have a lot to cheer about. Someday....
ReplyDeleteI'm definitely a Mets fan from growing up in New York, and from living in the Northwest I also like the Mariners. :)
ReplyDeleteGo Astros!! I went to see the Astros in the Astrodome the 1st year it was open!
ReplyDeleteHubs is definitely a Phillies fan. Since I don't control the clicker, I listen by default while I surf or do handwork. He wasn't a happy camper last night though :( Cute video

I love Jib Jab! Sorry not a baseball fan. I usually go for the lemonade and the nachos.
ReplyDeleteI like the AZ Diamondbacks but the Phillies are one great team!
ReplyDeleteDon't you just love JibJab. I have great fun with it with my family! Great Job!

A Phillies fan, Oh Yeah!! My friends ask if I've seen a certain TV show, and my answer is always 'No' because my husband and I are always watching the Phillies. I get a lot of quilts bound during the summer season.
ReplyDeleteNo baseball where I live, so I'll pick 2 - Baltimore Orioles (where I was born), and OKC Redhawks (minor league) cos my future s-i-l just started work with them!
ReplyDeletePlease don't throw me out of the game. I am sorry to say that I am not a baseball fan or any sports fan.
ReplyDeleteCute video. Not a sports fan, but if I have to choose it would be the Dodgers, have always been a died in the wool Dodgers girl (So Ca girl).
ReplyDeleteLike BB ok, but not up on teams. Like Atlanta's team ok tho.
ReplyDeleteNot a fan ... not at all, but my husband's enough of a fan for 2 ... he's rabid for the Indians.
ReplyDeleteI no longer follow baseball, just to many things in my life... If I did follow I it would be my home team the Philidelphia Phillies of course
ReplyDeleteI've recently moved to Twins country- it's mandatory to become a fan. So Twins it is.
ReplyDeleteNot a sports fan :( but I sure love quilting!
ReplyDeleteLove college baseball...especially the College World Series!! Fave teams: LSU (Geaux Tigers!) and Huskers! (Go Big Red!)
ReplyDeleteIf I had to choose a pro team...Yankees :)
I am a Cubbies fan! Have been for years and even when they aren't on a winning streak....
ReplyDeleteNo baseball here...however my grandma was a big Blue Jays fan right up to her passing at 96 1/2.
ReplyDeleteGotta root for the home team, the St. Louis Cardinal! Woo hoo!
ReplyDeleteSandy A
I would have to choose the Atlanta Braves.
ReplyDeleteI cheer for the San Francisco Giants and have for a very long time!

I root for the SEATTLE MARINERS. They need all the help they can get!
ReplyDeleteI don't get to caught up in baseball, but when the Detroit Tigers make it to the playoffs I start watching and rooting!
ReplyDeleteI'm from Minnesota, and used to go to a lot of Twins games - my dad & grandma were fans. So it's the Twinkies for me! ;)
ReplyDeleteI haven't been a baseball fan since Cal Ripken played for the Orioles.
ReplyDeleteI'm not really a baseball fan, I enjoy actually going to a game, but not watching it on tv. We used to go a lot before the strike in the 90s.
ReplyDeleteGotta tell you I'm a Jays fan!
I live in massachusetts and always support my home teams, so for me it's the Red Sox. And if you know there history, you know it hasn't always been easy:)
ReplyDeleteDon't follow baseball but enjoy watching the games.
ReplyDeleteI am a "fairweather" fan of the Blue Jays. Needless to say, I don't watch much!
ReplyDeleteI am not a baseball fan, but I do love Aurifil! :)
ReplyDeleteGrew up in Pittsburgh and the Pirates are so pitiful that they just don't inspire me to follow. Give me football any day!
ReplyDeleteOur home team is the Baltimore Orioles. Haven't had a decent season in years.
ReplyDeleteWell I have to say the local minor league Hudson Valley Renegades in New York.

Sorry I'm not a big sports fan. When we were growing up, my Dad didn't watch sports and I didn't have any brothers so I never got in the habit I guess.
ReplyDeleteSorry, not a sports fan!
ReplyDeleteI do like to swim though :)
Totally hilarious!! Loved it.
